Di origine morenica, prevalentemente ghiaiosi e sabbiosi, ma anche calcarei e argillosi.
In bianco, soffice pressatura e fermentazione a temperatura controllata.

Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: Floral and elegant: wildflowers, white peach, mineral notes.
Taste: Fresh, sapid, with good structure and a pleasantly bitter finish.
