Calcareous and clayey
Traditional drying of the grapes for 90-120 days, followed by slow fermentation. Aging in oak barrels.

Color: Intense ruby red with garnet reflections.
Aroma: Broad and complex: black cherry, dark chocolate, tobacco, sweet spices, leather.
Taste: Powerful, velvety, with soft tannins and a long persistent finish.
