Production Area<\/strong>: East of Conegliano on hills in Vittorio Veneto and neighboring municipalities (Treviso)<\/p>\n

Soil<\/strong>: Silty-clay soils, light texture and varying depth.<\/p>\n

Vinification<\/strong>: Soft pressing of the grapes. The fermentation starts in autoclaves at controlled temperature (not over 17\u00b0-18\u00b0C) with selected yeasts. The bases that will form the cuv\u00e9e are selected according to strict quality standards of finesse and intensity of the varietal flavors. A long re- fermantation starts at a low controlled temperature and keep for at least 45 days (according to the Martinotti-Charmat Method).\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Aspect<\/strong>: Bright straw yellow with greenish tinges, brilliant, nice and abundant foam with optimal persistance; very fine and persistent perlage.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bouquet<\/strong>: Delicate and intense with pleasant hints of green apple, pear and peach, nuances of white flowers, in particular acacia.<\/p>\n

Taste<\/strong>: The body is gentle and light, soft and at the same time with an optimal acidity that gives freshness. Fruity and persistent. The fine and delicate perlage caress the palate and the tongue, releasing all the aromas and giving vigor to the taste.<\/p>\n

Alcohol<\/strong>: 11% Vol<\/p>\n

Zuccheri<\/strong> \/ Residual Sugar: 14 g\/L<\/p>\n

Acidit\u00e0 <\/strong>\/ Total Acidity: 6,0-6,5 g\/L<\/p>\n

Pairings<\/strong>: Excellent Sparkling wine for aperitifs and to open refined lunches. It pairs very well with first and second fish dishes.
